Coffee has always been a rather large part of our lives. Like most coffee drinkers, we enjoy a cup or two of coffee in the morning to help us get up and moving to our jobs. For years, we bought stale ground coffee off the grocery store shelf because we thought all coffee was equal.

Then, we were introduced to specialty coffee and our lives have not been the same since. We went from drinking Folgers at home on our couch to having Ethiopian Natural pour overs at a coffee shop in a nearby town. We started visiting coffee shops all across the state, focusing on those who roasted their own coffee. We were drinking coffee from all over the world and tasting the subtle differences each origin afforded. The whole process was intriguing to the both of us. So much, that we bought a small coffee roaster for our home. Our goal was to simply roast and brew coffee that was as good as what we were purchasing at the local coffee shops. That is when the coffee roasting bug hit us hard.

We soon upgraded to a coffee roaster that would allow us to not only provide coffee for ourselves but give some away. The more we gave away, the more positive feedback we received. It was not long before people were asking where could they purchase our coffee. A local coffee shop offered to carry our line of coffee in their shop and that really helped to get our name out.

We have been extremely blessed to have taken on this opportunity and it is our joy to serve you.
